2025 Dronfield Equestrian Camp Registration

Thank you for your interest in Dronfield Equestrian's Horseback Riding Camp! This form must be completed and your deposit/payment made in order to secure your child's spot in the camp.

MARCH BREAK CAMP Details:

We are excited to offer a 3 day camp for March Break! It will run from Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of March Break (March 11th-13th).

  • Our March Break camp welcomes riders 8+ years of age (Recommended age is 8 - 13 years)
  • Camp runs from 9:00 am - 3:30 pm
  • Maximum 10 Campers/week
  • Cost: $255+hst/camper for the 3 day camp week
  • Pricing Promotions: EARLY BIRD PRICING: Register before December 31st, 2024: $240+HST).
  • Sibling Discount: $255 for the 1st child, $245 for additional sibling(s).

SUMMER CAMP Details:

  • Our camp welcomes riders 7+ years of age (Recommended age is 7 - 13 years)
  • Camp runs from 9:00 am - 3:30 pm
  • Maximum 10 Campers/week
  • Cost: $425+hst/camper per week
  • Pricing Promotions: EARLY BIRD PRICING TIER 1 (most savings): Register before December 31st, 2024, and SAVE $50 ($375+HST).
  • Sibling Discount: $425 for the 1st child, $385 for additional sibling(s).
  • Multi-week Discount: $425 for the 1st week, $400 for additional weeks (Early bird: $375 for first week, $365 for 2nd week). 

Our camp includes: 

  • Daily Riding, Practical, and Stable Management lessons (from a Nationally Certified and Licensed Coach program)
  • Emphasis on safety and learning correct, foundational riding and horsemanship skills
  • Time for snacks and lunch, as well as a daily fun activity such as crafts and games

Campers will need:

  • Boots with a 1/4 inch heel (similar to rubber boots, hiking boots/blundstone style) for riding and being in the barn
  • Long pants (that cover down to ankles) to prevent rubbing while riding
  • Gloves
  • Hat and sunscreen
  • Plenty of labeled water and nut-free snacks and lunches
  • Change of clothes if desired (such as running shoes, etc. to stay comfortable in the summer heat) For March Break Camp, please bring lots of layers and warm clothing. We do have a warm room for breaks and games/craft activities.

Please complete and submit the form below, and send payment to dronfieldequestrian@gmail.com in order to secure your spot. Please put the camper's name in the comments of the e-transfer to ensure your payment is applied correctly. Your spot is not confirmed until you have paid.

Deposit & Fees

Early Bird Special TIER 1 (Fees prior to January 1st, 2025)

  • $375 per week/camper
  • $365 per additional week/camper
  • $365 per additional sibling/week

REGULAR Fees: 

  • $425+HST per week/camper
  • $400+ HST per additional week/camper
  • $385 +HST per additional sibling (For example, Camper 1 = $425, Camper Sibling = $385)

DUE AT REGISTRATION:

  • EARLY BIRD is DUE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION
  • Regular Pricing: Non-refundable deposit of $100 is due at time of registration regardless of date
  • Full Fees are due by May 1st, 2024. If registering after May 1st, full fees will be due 2 weeks from registration (or Friday before camp date, whichever comes 1st)

Note: You will receive an INVOICE within 24 hours that outlines payments and remaining fees.

Cancellation Policy:

  • There is a $100 admin. fee applied to cancellations up to 2 weeks before the camp start date (AKA, your deposit). There is no refund for cancellations within 2 weeks before the start date.
  • If a camp week is cancelled by Dronfield Equestrian: fees can be credited towards another camp week, or towards our riding lesson program. Or, will be refunded, including deposit.

Release Form

By signing below, the student and parent understands that there is an inherent risk in the sport of horseback riding and horse handling and assumes all liability and responsibility for the use of the horse, tack, facilities, and equipment. The undersigned hereby agrees to hold Dronfield Equestrian and affiliates free from any claim, whatsoever caused, for damages or injury to person or property.

In consideration of Dronfield Equestrian allowing my participation in this activity, under the terms set forth herein, I, The Rider, and the parent or guardian thereof if a minor, do agree to hold harmless and release Dronfield Equestrian, it’s owners, agents, employees, officers, members, premises owners, insurers, and affiliated organizations from legal liability due to Dronfield Equestrian's ordinary negligence; and I do further agree that I shall bring no claims, demands, actions and causes of action, and/or litigation, against Dronfield Equestrian and its associates as stated above in this clause for any economic and non-economic losses due to bodily injury, death, property damage, sustained by the and/or my minor child or legal ward in relation to the premises and operations of Dronfield Equestrian, to include while riding, handling, or otherwise being near horses owned by or in the care, custody and control of Dronfield Equestrian.
