Please complete this form in it's entirety to register to perform. A $50 deposit is required to audition. Full payment will be required to be completed by the first rehearsal. Sibling discounts, scholarships and invoices for Step Up are available.

Inspired Theater Company's Summer Musical

For Students in Middle School- College Age.

Rehearsal Period: June 1- July 30

Performances: July 31-August 3 at Seminole Ninth Grade Center Auditorium

Rehearsal Details:

Rehearsals will be located at St Stephen Presbyterian Church. 8601 Lake Underhill Rd, Orlando, FL 32825
Seminole Ninth Grade Center, 21 Lakeview Dr, Sanford, FL 32773

June 1- July 12 will be 2x weekly evening dance rehearsals on Tuesday and Thursday evenings 5pm-9pm. It is expected that everyone will attend all these rehearsals.

July 14- July 31 rehearslas will be Monday-Friday from 10-5, with additional hours on tech days.

Everyone will be required to be at all rehearsals and performances July 14-August 3.

All conflicts must be listed on registration form. Due to the quick rehearsal period of this show, missing even one rehearsal may lead to recasting, or removal from a dance number. Very limited exceptions may apply.

In-Person Audition

May 27th, 5:00-8:00pm

Register for a time slot to sing using the sign up genius link above. There will be two dance calls for audtions one from 5:00-6:30 and the second from 6:30-8:00

Once you are done with your dance call and singing, you are free to leave.

In-Person Auditions will take place. All roles must audition, including ensemble. There will be a dance audition, bring jazz shoes. Jazz boots perfered for men.

Plese preapre 1 minute of a song in the style of Newsies and bring a track to sing along with on a bluetooth device. Screen shot your track ahead of time.

If you are not paid in full before auditions, a $50 deposit is required and will be credited towards your registration.

Virtual audions accepted: You will need to selftape a song and dance combo (a tutorial will be provdied). Then upload your tape to youtube as an unlisted vidoe and send the link to Inspiredtheatercompany@gmail.com with your info in the body of the email.

Virutal auditons must be submitted by 5/27 at 10pm.

Tuition Requirements

Tuition fees are used to cover costs for licensing, venues, sets, props, customs, tech and staff. Discounts are available for multiple participants from within one family.

Otherwise, tuition is as follows: $450 per performer for Newsies

Inspired Theater Company is a prefered provider with Step Up and reimbursements are usually honored. (It's not a perfect system) We are happy to invoice you after your payment is complete.

Working Tech or Crew:

If you are interested in working tech or crew for this show, please email us and a crew application will be made available to you. There is no guarentee that you will be selected to work tech for a show. Email inspiredtheatercompany@gmail.com

Adult Students:

Any students that are 18 or over will be required to submit to a backround check. This is to encourage transparency and for the safety of all participants.

Inspired Theater Company strives for excellence as we create theater for all, bringing family values, integrity, patriotism, and community together while using our talents given to us by God our Creator.

To participate in an Inspired production, one must agree to follow our Performers Contract and bring a signed copy to the first rehearsal.

Students phone number -Optional (By providing your students phone number you are giving permission for staff to contact them, via text. This will always be in the form of a group message between staff, parent and student.

Cast members are expected to be at all required rehearsals according to the schedule and call sheet provided.

All three weeks of rehearsal are required for everyone, everyday!

2x/week dance rehearsal is required.

Missing more than 1 rehearsal will lead to a re-casting.

Communication with the production team is key.

Please list any conflicts on rehearsal days between June 1 and July 13th

on Tuesday and Thursday for 5-9 dance rehearsals.
