Arizona Ladies Conference Vendor Inquiry 2025

We are so excited for the upcoming Ladies Conference! Please fill out information needed to become a vendor. Unfortunately, submitting an Inquiry does not guarantee you a space. We will contact you if you got accepted to be a vendor. You will then be sent more vendor information and a Invoice. You will be expected to pay the invoice within two weeks or your space will be given to someone else. ALL Vendor spaces will be $100 each. Additional vendor space $50 each. No more then two spaces allowed. Vendor spaces are approximately 10 x 10 spaces ($100.00 cost includes one space, electrical, Wi-Fi, and one table)

Please do not register for Ladies Conference if you get accepted to be vendor. 

When we send you an invoice to pay for the vendor space, your registration cost will be added on the invoice as well. 

Also, please note that we would like all vendors to be on site Thursday, July 10th and set up by Noon.
