2025 Oklahoma Summit Session Speaker Request

Oklahoma Summit will be hosted in Tulsa Oklahoma, August 4-5, 2025. On August 1, concurrent sessions are scheduled at the Cox Business Center. Forms submitted for concurrent sessions (August 4) will be reviewed by the Oklahoma Summit Planning Committee. Selected speakers will be notified by June 6, 2025. Sessions scheduled on August 5 are scheduled throughout Tulsa and surrounding areas. Forms submitted for breakout sessions (August 5) will be reviewed by the divisional conference planning committees. Sessions for consideration must be electronically submitted by June 6, 2025.

Do you plan to present information based on providing a product or service to attendees? Exhibitors/vendors (presenting products or services) can submit to speak at the Oklahoma Summit conference utilizing the 2025 Exhibitor Speaker Form found on the Oklahoma Summit Exhibitors page.

Please note, exhibitor/vendor applications will not be considered through the Call for Presenters process. **Please note: there is an additional cost for vendors to present. Spots are limited. Oklahoma Summit Divisional Specific Breakout Sessions - August 5, 2025

Our 12 OkACTE divisions breakout out in smaller sections on August 5 in various areas throughout Tulsa and surrounding areas. The selection and follow up regarding these sessions are determined by divisional planning committees. Requirements and additional needs may vary by division.
