TDW Return Policy

For products purchased directly on www.thorsdroneworld.com, the buyer has the right to return the product(s) in case you are not completely satisfied with our product(s) within 30 days after it's purchase date for a refund. The 30 day period begins the day the order was shipped out. However, the buyer is solely responsible for absorbing the shipping cost; both the initial shipping as well as the return shipping. Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product(s). Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 to 3 working days. Please fill and submit the form below to start your return process.

In case of a defective, damage  or wrong product please upload the necessary proof for us to eveluate and assess your case.  We will contact you with a decision once your case has been assessed. 

We process refunds only for valid claims, so it is essential to report any missing, damaged, or 'item not as described" in detail. 

If the product(s) has been unreasonably tampered with, the original contents are not returned in full or shows signs of excessive wear and tear from user misuse, we reserve the right to apply a 25% restocking fee or deny the refund.

Shipping method

You can choose your preferred shipping courier or request a prepaid DHL return shipping label (USD $40 Value) - DHL Return Shipping Label - This has a cost of USD $40, which will be deducted from your refund. You will receive a ready to print shipping label. All you need to do is contact your local DHL to arrange the pick up of your shipment. - Other Shipping Methods - You can choose any other shipping method of you preference - We highly recommend for it to have tracking service. PLEASE NOTE For customs declaration - it's IMPORTANT for you to declare the shipment as "RETURN OF GOODS" to avoid any delays or other expenses.
