MENTOR PROFILE SUBMISSION FORM

Thank you for your interest in serving your Theta Alpha sisters as a mentor! Once this form is received by Nationals, a profile for each mentor, using the information they submitted, will be added to a Mentor Directory page on the Theta Alpha website. Mentors may also request to be removed from the directory at any time. Sisters seeking out a mentor will have 24/7 access to this directory and will be able to request contact information to any specific mentor from Nationals via that page. Prior to the exchange of contact information, nationals will provide each prospective mentee with a similar presentation to the one you have reviewed, explaining the expectations of a mentor/mentee relationship so that both parties have been equipped for successful discipleship. If you are selected by a prospective mentee, you both will be sent an email from IVP@thetaalpha.org introducing the both of you. The email will be sent to the email address associated with your www.thetaalpha.org account. If it anytime you wish to be removed from the directory, please contact IVP@thetaalpha.org. Once paired with a mentee, if you've reached your mentee cap, you will be removed from the directory and only need to email IVP@thetaalpha.org if you wish to be returned to the directory. Thank you!
