By submitting your application, you are requesting permission to perform or set up a booth at the Claremont Farmers and Artisans Market. By submitting your application you are agreeing to abide by the rules of the market, Department of Environmental Health and Department of Food and Agriculture, and city ordinances. Your application will be reviewed for approval by the manager and The Claremont Forum’s Board of Directors. Non-Profit Organizations please upload a copy of your Letter of Determination or 501c3 status. (PDF File Format only)
