While attempt will be made to respect the individual preferences on the above checklist regarding publication of photos & videos, in certain group settings videography and/or photography exposure may be unavoidable.

USE & PUBLICATION DISCLAIMER Regarding use and publication of photos & videos taken by Good Pup Club during training or other services: Personal details/information (e.g. client house numbers, street names, license plates, neighborhood names, family photos in client's home, owner's names) are intended to be blurred or edited out of any photo or video published on social media and/or used for educational purposes, unless special consent has been received by the client in advance. Dog's names will be used. While attempt will be made to preserve the privacy of the client's personal details/information in a photo or video, Good Pup Club is not liable for human error. If personal details/information have been missed in a photo or video, Good Pup Club will make every effort to correct the mistake(s), however is not liable for any consequence of the mistake(s).

OWNERSHIP RIGHTS Good Pup Club is the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest, throughout the world, to all: photos, videos, training courses, media content, and any copies of the aforementioned, acquired before, during, or after any training or other services by Good Pup Club.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY Payments for services are made through goodpupclub.net unless otherwise arranged, in writing, through Good Pup Club. Payments are due at the time of checkout on goodpupclub.net. If you have chosen a Flex Plan, the 1st installment is due at the time of checkout, and the remainder installments are due every 4 weeks until paid in full . Failure of payment or delinquency will result in immediate cancellation of services, and may result in legal recourse.

HOLD HARMLESS The safety of all participants is our first priority. We reserve the right to refuse further participation and will refund all or a portion of the registration fee at our discretion. By signing below, you certify that all information provided is accurate and that you hold harmless Good Pup Club, Good Pup Club instructors, speakers, volunteers and assistants for any incident that occurs before, during or after the class, session, evaluation, or event.
