UKATA will use these details to provide you with UKATA membership services including communication with you that is essential to service your membership. UKATA will not contact you for any other reason. Your member information will be stored for a period of 7 years, in the eighth year, or the eighth after cessation of your membership, all your membership records stored by UKATA will be destroyed.
You have the right to ask to see the information UKATA holds about you. You can ask UKATA to change any information stored about you that is incorrect.
You have the right to ask UKATA to restrict the processing of your information or delete information held about you.
You can email membership@uka4ta.co.uk requesting a document containing all your information stored on the UKATA server in a machine readable format. If you wish to complain about how UKATA handles your data, in the first instance please email office@uka4ta.co.uk to communicate your complaint to UKATA Council, who are the Data Controller.
