Will you provide all plates, napkins, silverware, glasses, cups, serving dishes and utensils? For feasting tables we provide compostable palm leaf plates, wooden utensils and napkins. For family style we provide compostable palm leaf platters.
Will we have access to an on-site kitchen to complete preparation of food. This typically takes 1-2 hours depending on menu and we clean up the kitchen before we leave. If full service is requested, we will be there the entire dinner and clean up.

Sit-down dinner. Served family style. We do not stay for the dinner. $130-$200 pp (8 minimum)
Formal, sit down dinner. Full service. Stay entire meal and clean up. $225-$300 pp (6 minimum)
Feasting Table. Tapas with charcuterie, crudité, dips etc. $125+ pp (12 minimum)
Curated Take Out. You pick up, reheat and assemble at home. We provide directions! $50+PP
Charcuterie Board. Farm pickup only, 1 board is for 8-10 people. $250.
Will we have access to a stove (with an exhaust hood that is vented outside), oven, and refrigerator (with room to store catered items). Not required for take out.
Do any attendees have allergies? While we try meet allergy requirements, we suggest folks with allergies not attend the catered event. All the food is prepared in the same commercial kitchen and cross contamination may occur.
Is this a rental? If yes, we will need to know if the home has an exhaust hood that distributes air outside (not recirculated through a microwave) and if the home has the plates you will need for your event.
