UHGPGA Member Motion Form
According to its bylaws, in the Utah Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association, proposals for projects and improvements are initiated and brought to fruition by the membership with the support of the board of directors and volunteer committees. Any annual member in good standing can bring forward a motion at any regular or annual meeting of the members. Some motions are simple, but others are more complex and may involve amendments to bylaws, expenditures of Association resources, permissions from or contracts with outside agencies, and the concerted efforts of many individuals or teams within the Association. Use this form to help you refine and tailor your ideas into a concrete plan that the membership can consider, modify, approve and put into action.
