What is topical anesthetic?
- A topical anesthetic is ointment used to numb the skin
- It will be applied to the surface of the skin, not injected
During the treatment
- The cream will be placed on the area to be treated and then removed just before treatment begins.
- The anesthetic affects each person differently. It will not remove discomfort 100% but can help with pain management.
Allergic reactions
- Allergic reactions can happen with topical anesthetic
- If you do feel an allergic reaction is taking place during treatment please notify technician straight away.
- An allergic reaction can be itching, swelling, or a rash.
After treatment
- Following treatment and anesthetic redness and swelling can occur post treatment.
- For eyeliner anesthetic will still be applied but with closed eyes. If you feel discomfort or stinging please inform technician straight away.

- Re touch procedures maybe required 4-6 weeks post treatment
- In rare cases pigment may migrate under skin
- Treatment maybe uncomfortable
- The pigments will fade
- Immediately after treatment pigment may appear much darker than healed result
- Delayed and immediate reactions can occur
- Infections can occur
- Swelling can occur
- Minor bleeding can happen during treatment
- Corneal abrasions may occur during eye treatment – although rare
- Lip treatments can trigger cold sores
- If you have a MRI scan within 3 months of treatment its advised to speak to your Doctor
- Possible scarring, inconsistency or colour and loss of lashes can occur

We want to manage expectations with desired results. Skin type and colour can affect end result. This will be discussed with you prior treatment.
I accept responsibility for choosing colour and shape of treatment along with advice from technician.
The re touch mention (for new brows/eyes/lips) will be carried out 4-6 weeks after
I understand that once pigment is tattooed into skin, it will fade over time. But some of the pigment will stay In the skin indefinitely.
I have been informed of the sterile environment and new needles/pigment containers for each procedure.
Ensure to follow after care to achieve best results.
I understand that lip/eye treatment can stimulate any dormant conditions. For example herpes Simplex (cold sores) This will be discussed prior treatment.
Once treatment is done I understand the true healed colour will appear 4 weeks after.
I consent to before and after photos and for them to be used for advertising/websites and on social media platforms business related.
I confirm to have treatment and any questions I may have has been discussed with the technician.
