Booking Reservation Agreement

THIS FORM IS AN AGREEMENT FORM. THIS IS NOT A RESERVATION REQUEST. DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM PRIOR TO TALKING WITH TYLER

Facility Hours:

Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 9:00 pm

Saturday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Any rentals outside of that time frame will require an additional fee per hour paid directly to the staff member overseeing your event.

RENTAL AGREEMENT:

I understand that, if I should choose to cancel this reservation, I will NOT be refunded my reservation fee. The reservation fee is the full amount of your reservation and will be charged upon sending this form. I understand that an additional deposit of (up to) $250 will be placed on my card. It will be released the Monday following the event. As long as the trash was collected and the room was left in the condition it was in upon arrival. At that point, it can take your bank 1-15 days to release the funds back into your account if you are using a debit card. 

The use of glitter, confetti, nails, screws, or thumbtacks will result in immediate loss of the full deposit.

Should I run over my booked time (including clean-up time) there will be an additional $30 per 1/4 hour increment.
