We are sad to see you leave. We hope you have enjoyed your time with us, but if you didn't we'd love to know why. Please complete this form to cancel your membership.

Cancellation effective date

To give you the opportunity to use as many of the classes you've paid for, we will cancel your membership effective from the day before your next payment is due.

Note: If you fill in this form less than two weeks before your next payment is due, we are unable to guarantee that the cancellation will be implemented in time. If that is the case, and another payment is automatically deducated, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit, as our Membership terms and conditions state that two weeks' notice is required for cancellation.

Any classes I have paid for but not used will expire on the date that my cancellation is effective
Any classes that I have paid for already are not refundable
It is my responsibility to unbook any classes I have pre-booked from the cancellation effective date onwards
I am still able to attend classes casually using drop-in classes, which will be chargeda the full rate (not the discounted rate I have been paying as a member)
