New Customer Questionnaire

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 48 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. All appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours will be subject to a 50% rebooking fee prior to a new appointment being booked.

A 25% deposit may be requested for visits over 2 hours.
