This application can be used to purchase or hold a puppy. Payment is not required until you pick up your puppy in person at our location. 2023

Appointments are required because we do not bring all of the puppies everyday. We only bring the ones you request.

We strongly suggest that you submit an application for a second or third choice puppy for your appointment, especially if you have a long drive. We will not bring any other puppies for you view because we only bring the ones you requested.

I understand that I will be required to pay the full starting price if I did not enter the correct price or submit an application for each puppy number that I want to see the day before coming. (No exceptions will be made)

Optional Detailed Health Report from licensed veterinarian before picking up pet. Additional fee must be paid in advance.
