We will conduct research on an hourly basis. Fee: Members free for the first hour, then $20 per hour. Non-members $20 per hour.

If research is needed outside of the historical society, such as at the courthouse or library, there may be an additional fee to cover the expense incurred at that location. There is a $5 fee per record or article sent.

Examples of Research Requests

Prove that John Doe was in Mercer County circa 1870, or from 1860 to 1880.
Find the parents and/or siblings of John Doe in the 1860-1910 period.
Find any mention of John Doe in the newspapers circa 1880-1884.
Provide the obituary for John Doe.
