All applicants must complete this form to be baptized at Living Word Church.

Living Word Church Statement on Baptism:

· LWC does not believe in infant baptism. It is a sacrament that should be made by a person at an age to understand the need for salvation in Jesus Christ.

· Immersion in water in the Name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost as a symbol of identification with Jesus Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection.

· Those baptized by Living Word Church are not automatically members of the local body.

· We believe baptism is an act of obedience to God by those who have been saved.
