You, the professional provider, are agreeing to rent the Healing Room at 14902 Preston Rd Dallas TX 75254 Ste 506 room 6 on a per hour, weekly or monthly basis. $28/hr, $88/day or $158/week or $380/month (+ $150 refundable security deposit) to be paid via cash app, zelle, cash or card ($1 extra for card) when you use the room. Cash app or zelle is phiyahfit@gmail.com. You are sharing the Healing Room with other professional providers as well. Make sure to text Healing Room Owner/Manager Saphira Singleton to schedule yourself to use room and only use room during approved time, please.
You are being given 1 outside key (if after hours) and a massage room key code. Please safeguard key and code and do not let anyone use key or room. You agree to enter building or room only when you schedule use and to lock Healing Room and Building door upon exit.
For hour or weekly rental, you or the Healing Room can terminate renting at any time. If you are renting on a monthly basis, you agree to give a 15-30 day notice to terminate rental out of financial courtesy. The Healing Room can terminate rental at any time with good reason. The monthly rental is to be paid by the 1st of each month; after 3 days a $15 per day late fee is applied.
You agree that you are voluntarily renting the space independent of the Healing Room by Phiyahfit as an independent practioner under your personal business branding and marketing. Any clients you service are your personal clients and are not affiliated with the Healing Room.
You agree that clients of the Healing Room or spectators inquiring about the Healing Room are not your clients and are Healing Room clients and all client questions are to be directed to the Healing Room at yahhealing.com.
You agree to not hold the Healing Room at 14902 Preston Rd Dallas TX 75254 Ste 506 room 6 legally liable or make claims for any pain and suffering you or your clients may experience or any damages to your belongings while in the Healing Room.
You agree to use supplies sparingly and clean and arrange the room and bed how you found it - redress bed, turn off power switch, candles out, music off, mints restocked, trash out, wall plug out, and room locked. Put all dirty laundry in laundry bag/basket - Healing Room will launder. You agree to promptly let the Healing Room know of any issues or any supplies that you notice need restocking.
