Please submit all visual files (such as Pictures or Videos) depicting the product(s) by attaching them to this Form or via email to hello@llcreativeproductions.com; please also mention your Order Number with each of your emails.

The standard processing time of each Return Request is between 3 and 5 working days. Should your request take longer to process, we will inform you about the new processing time via an email message. For more information about our Return Policies please check Refund Policy.

Please be advised that, due to the nature of our products, the limited manufactured quantities and the used material composition as well as for health and hygiene reasons, the following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

The product(s) must be returned in the original packaging
The product(s) must be unused
The product(s) must be unwashed
The product(s) and the packaging must not be damaged or show signs of wear and tear

To ensure that the above criteria are met, each returned product(s) will be submitted to a carefully documented visual inspection. If the returned product(s) don't meet the listed criteria above, we reserve the right not to issue a full refund. Should this be the case, we will contact you via email and inform you about our objective findings.

We always strive to process all Return Requests within a resealable time span. In some cases there is third-party involvement required, usually, this is the case of a defective product. In such cases, we involve our direct suppliers and ask them for their professional expertise and support. The involvement of a third party can lead to Return Request processing delays; if this is the case, we will inform you in advance via email about any possible processing delays.

You will be responsible for paying for the international return shipping costs or any export charges involved in the process of returning the product(s) to Romania. We reserve the right not to refund the international return shipping costs.

You must make sure that the returned products are correctly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If one of the returned products is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we reserve the right to deny a full or partial refund.

For the return shipping, please be sure to choose a shipping company that provides tracking and insurance for packaged goods while in transit to the above-mentioned return address. The name of the shipping company and the tracking number must be sent to hello@llcreativeproductions.com within 48 hours after the package was dispatched.
