Cancellation of a reserved course is required in writing or email to AJM Aesthetic Academy 4 weeks in advance of course start date. The delegate will be asked to provide evidence of extenuating circumstances, this may be in the form of a doctors certificate, solicitors letter, proof of personal situation or travel difficulty etc. If this information can be provided without AJM Aesthetic Academy having to request it, it ensures staff are not put in a difficult situation.

If you require a replacement certificate, this will incur a charge of £20+VAT. If you lose your e learning link, there will be a fee of £10+VAT in order to be re-signed up to the platform. If you lose any manual there will be a fee of £35+VAT to replace. Any supporting documents lost there will be a fee of £15+VAT to replace.

Failure to complete all pre course reading materials at least 3 days before the course may result in you not being able to attend the training course and losing the total amount paid.
