By placing an order with our Apostille Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Submission of Documents: You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to email or text a clear copy or photo of your documents in order for us to process your order. Failure to provide the necessary documents will result in your order being cancelled.
Full Payment: You acknowledge and agree that full payment must be received before we can begin the Apostille/Authentication process for your documents.
Additional Services: You acknowledge and agree that if your documents require additional services such as multiple documents request, translation of documents, notarization, copy certification, and international shipping, you will be responsible for paying additional fees for these services.
Refunds: You acknowledge and agree that refunds are not permitted once the Apostille/Authentication processing begins, nor are refunds permitted once any work related to the Apostille/Authentication process is completed.
Acceptance of Documents: You acknowledge and agree that an Apostille/Authentication does not guarantee acceptance of your documents by the requesting country. It is your responsibility to review and verify that your document(s) and formatting are acceptable with the requesting country.
Improperly Notarized Documents: You acknowledge and agree that if your documents are improperly notarized by an outside agency and result in rejection, an additional fee will be applied prior to resubmission.
Processing Times: You acknowledge and agree that processing times provided by our Apostille agents are estimates only, and our company shall not be held responsible for any delays that may arise during the government and shipping process. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, certain government agencies may not be fully operational, leading to processing delays that could extend for weeks or even months. Rush or expedited services are unavailable for documents requiring Consulate or Embassy Service and Federal Apostille or Federal Authentication.
