OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY The Owner, not Good Pup Club, nor it's employees, will be responsible for providing the dog(s) food for the duration of any dog sitting services. The Owner will also be responsible for providing any special treats that may be necessary for allergy or religious accommodations.

VISITOR POLICY Good Pup Club takes the safety of it's employees very seriously. If an Owner is planning to have a service provided during a time that one of Good Pup Club's employees is sitting or caring for a pet, the Owner is required to inform Good Pup Club of any visitors or service providers arrival 72hrs prior to the scheduled service date with Good Pup Club. Visitors that may be in the home with the Good Pup Club employee, must be approved by Good Pup Club 72hrs prior to services.

Good Pup Club reserves the right to cancel & refund any and all service(s) for failure to notify of visitors/ service providers 72hrs prior to scheduled services and a 25% cancellation fee may apply.

FINANCIAL All dog sitting fees are to paid in full 3 days prior to the initial date of service. Any late cancellations with less than 72hrs notice will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee, plus any holiday fees, charged at Good Pup Club's discretion. Failure to pay in-home sitting fees 3 days prior to the initial date of service will result in an automatic cancellation of services.

HOLIDAY FEE On holidays, and the days surrounding them, an additional $75/day fee will be charged prior to dog sitting services. Holiday fees are non refundable if the Owner late cancels with less than a 72hrs notice.

EMERGENCIES In case of emergency, Good Pup Club will take your dog(s) to either to a local veterinarian's office, or a local emergency animal hospital agreed upon by the Owner and Good Pup Club prior to dog sitting services. The Owner, not Good Pup Club, nor it's employees, will be responsible for all bills that may occur. The Owner will be responsible for leaving a form of payment either with Good Pup Club, or on file at the designated local veterinarian and local emergency animal hospital.

Good Pup Club will make attempt to notify the Owner or designated emergency contact, via phone, text, and/or email in case of an emergency. If the Owner, or designated emergency contact, is out of reach/contact Good Pup Club may have to make a decision regarding your dog(s) healthcare. By signing below you are granting Good Pup Club, and it's employees, the independent right to make medically necessary decisions for your dog(s) in case of an emergency. These decisions will be based on the recommendations from the veterinarian at the designated veterinarian's office and/or emergency animal hospital.

LIABILITY All behavioral advice and training suggestions are provided at the Owner's own risk. Use of this information is voluntary and neither Good Pup Club, its employees, nor Trainer is responsible for injury to another human or animal. Owner expressly understands, acknowledges and agrees that Owner is at all times responsible for the actions of the Dog(s). Further, Owner, and not Good Pup Club, its employees, nor Trainer is responsible for any injuries or expenses resulting from socialization or training of the Dog(s). Owner further understands and acknowledges that dogs participating in physical exercises may be injured by running, jumping, chasing a ball etc. Accordingly, Owner expressly hereby promises and warrants that owner shall indemnify and hold harmless the Good Pup Club, its employees, and Trainer for any and all such injuries.

Good Pup Club is not responsible for missing or broken items inside or outside of your property. Good Pup Club takes pride in it's respect and care for your property, however, is not liable or responsible for anything that is missing or broken on or near your property.

I understand I must submit all required registration forms, consent forms, & vaccination records to Good Pup Club 3 days prior to my date(s) of service.

I understand if I do not submit all required documents in the required timeframes, Good Pup Club reserves the right to cancel & refund any and all service(s) and a 25% cancellation fee may apply.

I understand that I am required to notify Good Pup Club of any visitors or service providers that may be in the home at the same time as a Good Pup Club employee 72hrs prior to my scheduled service date.

I understand failure to comply to the Visitor Policy may result in my services being cancelled, and a 25 % cancellation fee may apply.

I understand Good Pup Club is not responsible for any item that goes missing or is broken on or near my property.
