Total Cost Per Person Price $600.00 (for Double Occupany):

Total Cost can be paid in 4 installments of $150.00 each –

1st Installment due 3/25/25, 2nd Installment due 4/25/25, 3rd Installment due 5/25/25, Final Payment Installment due 6/25/25. Rooms based on double occupancy.

Total cost includes: registration fee, lodging; barbecue on Thursday evening, breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals on Friday, continental breakfast, lunch, and dinner voucher on Saturday, and continental breakfast on Sunday. All rooms include coffee makers, refrigerators, TV, cable, telephone, balcony, and sitting area. Access to a common use microwave is located in the vending area. Gas contributions must be provided to the Driver if you’re sharing someone’s vehicle. Cost for extracurricular activities that the resort offers such as the Spa, WaterPark, etc. are not included in Total Costs.

Cancellations: Refunds (less a non-refundable fee of $25) will be provided upon request prior to May 25, 2025. ALL refunds must be requested in writing. Cancellations made after May 25, 2025, WILL NOT be eligible for a refund.
