Sustain Your Sparkle Sign Up
To sign-up for our Sustain Your Sparkle wine of the month club please fill out the following form and we will be in contact to finalize payment details. As a subscriber you agree to pay $30 per month for a minimum of three months and in return, each month, you will receive a bottle of the wine of the month plus two complimentary glasses of wine when you pick up the bottle. In addition to the monthly benefits, subscribers will have access to exclusive events held throughout the year to say thank-you for joining us in our mission. The bottles must be picked up in person and the complimentary glasses are only redeemable when you pickup the bottle. If canceled before the minimum term you agree to pay full price for any complementary glasses of wine.
