Kingdom Gymnastics Gym Conduct and Rules

Updated October 2023

Please take a few moments to review our updated Gym Conduct and Rules for effective communication between our Jr. Olympic Training Center staff and your family.

1) Instruction Times: Our weekly classes commence promptly at their scheduled times. We kindly request that you adhere to the starting time and ensure that your child/children are present and ready to begin on time. The Pre-school class is a scheduled 45-minute session, with 40 minutes dedicated to instruction. Level 1 and higher classes, Ninja, and Open Gym classes are scheduled for 60 minutes, with 55 minutes dedicated to instruction. We have allocated a five-minute window between classes to allow for a safe transition.

2) Payment Policy: To ensure the best possible instruction for your child/children, we maintain limited class sizes. Our classes run throughout the year, and consistent training is vital for your child's progress in gymnastics. When your child is assigned to a specific class on a particular day, their place is reserved each month upon payment.

Payment is due the week prior to the new month.

In the event that your child cannot attend the first class due to illness or other reasons, it is imperative that you call us to confirm your continued interest. Payment must be made BEFORE OR ON THE DAY YOU RETURN.

If you are experiencing financial hardship and are unable to make the full payment before or on the first class, you may make the payment for the first day only, provided it is made PRIOR to your child entering the class. Any remaining balance for the month should be discussed and arranged with the desk attendant. We are committed to working with you!

****Please be aware that payment is required BEFORE your child will be granted admittance into the class. ****

3) Class Makeup Policy: Monthly payments cover approximately four classes. In months with five weeks, no additional charges will be incurred. Makeup classes are only offered when your child is unable to attend due to illness or a family emergency. They are not available for vacation or other appointments. Failure to attend a class without prior notification will not qualify for a makeup class.

4) Other Siblings/Pets/Smoking: Due to space limitations and safety concerns at our current location, we kindly request that you supervise anyone else you bring at all times. Running unsupervised in the parking area is not permitted to ensure their safety as incoming drivers may not see them.  We also request that pets remain inside your vehicles at all times, as some individuals have allergies. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained on the property or in the waiting room.

5) Waiting Area Courtesy: As our waiting area is limited in size, we kindly request that you take all cell phone calls outside. If you need to communicate with your child during their class, please inform the front desk so that they can relay the message to the coach. We ask that you refrain from calling out corrections or advice during classes, as it can be disruptive to both the students and others in the waiting area. If you wish to speak with your child's coach after the class, please notify the front desk.

We appreciate your attention to these guidelines and look forward to providing an enriching gymnastics experience for you and your child/children.
