Use this form to purchase items from the "View our Collections" sheet. Prices are as follows: $5 - Per each obituary, newspaper item, funeral card, photo $1 - Per page from a book, magazine, etc. (please include the page number with your request)

Enter the ID number and name of 2nd item (if needed)

Enter the ID number and name of 3rd item (if needed)

After submitting the Purchase Items form you will receive an invoice for payment.

After payment is received your items will be sent to your email.
