By signing the contract form, you acknowledge that you agree with the following statements:

I agree to pay the allocated amount to Seattle Arab Festival for the ad selected above.
Cancellation: payment will be fully refunded if notice is given in writing by June 15 2025. All payments after this date are non-refundable.
Indemnity: I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seattle Arab Festival from all claims, causes of action, costs, expenses, liabilities, losses, or damages for any property damage, property loss or theft, personal injury, disability, and/or death that may result from, or are in any way connected with my advertisement in the Seattle Arab Festival program.
