You will be expected to complete your own risk assessment of the venue. You will be expected to keep your child under control so as not to disturb other anglers, children under 12 years old must stay on the same peg as legal guardian when accompanying them overnight, they are not allowed to fish during the hours of darkness. The named guardian remains completely and fully responsible for the care of the named child whilst on Association waters. All requests by the water bailiff present must be strictly adhered to. By signing this form, you agree to the terms and conditions included. Failure to adhere to the conditions will see the agreement withdrawn and may result in disciplinary action. Winsford and District Angling Association offers its permit to members on the absolute understanding that the Association is not liable for any damage, loss or injury to persons or property belonging to persons using the permit or the facilities offered. All river and pool banks, staging, stands, stiles, fences and accesses are used at the members own risk. All anglers fishing the Association pools and rivers, have the right, whenever questioned by a bailiff of the Association, to request that the bailiff show his/her card. If any members are asked to leave the Association controlled water for whatever reason and the bailiff fails to produce a valid bailiff card, please contact a member of the fishery management team or the committee.
