A note on cleaning:

All bookings are asked to follow cleaning guidelines (see the rental agreement form for details). Please consider cleaning when booking your wrap up time.

Bookings also have a small cleaning fee that covers a portion of a regular full deep clean of the studio (mopping, the kitchen and bathroom).

If you would like to have the cleaning fee waived, please book an extra 30 minutes minimum of wrap up time to mop the floor and follow other instructions. You will need to watch a short video explaining the mopping as the floors are sensitive and have a special procedure. If it is not done properly, the initial cleaning fee will be charged.
