I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Release of Liability Waiver. I understand that participation in dance classes, workshops, and related activities involves physical exertion and may carry risks of injury. This includes but is not limited to company-sponsored events, intensives, parties, practice sessions, and private lessons. By signing this waiver, I voluntarily assume these risks.

Assumption of Risk:

I acknowledge that dance classes and related activities provided by Pole Sweets LLC at Wild Aster RVA involve physical movement and may require me to perform exercises and dance routines that could cause physical injury. I am aware of the risks involved, including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, and other potential injuries. I agree to follow the instructions provided by the dance instructors and to inform them of any limitations or health concerns that may affect my ability to participate safely.

Physical Condition:

I certify that I am in sufficientphysical condition and have no medical conditions or injuries that could prevent me from participating in dance classes and related activities. If I have any doubts about my physical condition, I agree to consult a medical professional before participating.

Release of Liability:

In consideration of being allowed to participate in dance classes provided by Pole Sweets LLC at Wild Aster RVA, I hereby release and discharge Pole Sweets LLC and Wild Aster, including instructors, staff, affiliates, and premises from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, or damage that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me during my participation in dance classes or related activities.

Photography and Media Release:

I grant Pole Sweets LLC the right to use photographs, videos, and other media taken during classes, performances, and events for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and marketing materials. I understand that I must provide a notice to the owner of Pole Sweets LLC in writing if I would like to opt-out of my image being used for the aforementioned materials.

Personal Belongings:

I understand that Pole Sweets LLC and Wild Aster are not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings while I am on the premises or parked in the Carytown area.

COVID-19 & Communicable Diseases Considerations:

I acknowledge that Pole Sweets LLC may have safety protocols in place to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, and I agree to adhere to these protocols. I understand that participation in group activities carries inherent risks related to the potential transmission of communicable diseases, including COVID-19. I assume full responsibility and all liability for any injuries or damages sustained by myself or by members of my family relating to COVID-19
