1. The program includes automatic deliveries from August 1 to July 31 each year. All fuel is priced according to prices in effect at delivery time.
2. Payment terms are eleven equal monthly payments beginning August 15 and ending June 15 of the following year. Monthly payments are determined by agreement between you and the Credit Department. Participation is subject to approval by the Credit Department. The minimum monthly payment is $100.
3. Service charges do not apply to the Budget Program.
4. Budget payments will only be used for automatic heating oil and propane deliveries. Budget payments will not be used to pay for other services or products.
5. If you want to begin the Budget Program after August 15, outstanding deliveries must be paid in full.
6. If the monthly scheduled payment is missed, your account will be removed from the Budget Program. You will be notified by mail if your account has been removed from the Budget Program, and service charges will be imposed. Your account is ineligible for the Budget Program for the remainder of the season.
7. At the end of the Budget Program season, all balances must be paid in full. Accounts with outstanding balances will be removed from the Budget Program and will begin to accrue service charges. You will be notified by mail if your account has been removed from the Budget Program.
8. If your account has been removed from the Budget Program, you must contact your local heating oil office to make payment arrangements.
9. At the end of the Budget Program season, any existing credit balance will be used to reduce the monthly payment for the next season. Once your estimated usage for the season has been established, the credit balance will be subtracted before calculating the monthly payment. Credit balances are applied to invoices as deliveries occur. If you prefer, any credit balances can be refunded to you. Please request a credit balance refund from the Credit Department or your local heating oil office.

If you wish to withdraw from the Budget Program, any outstanding balances will be immediately due and subject to service charges. Credit balances can be refunded. This agreement must be signed for the Budget Program to be effective.
