Pre care:

· It is of utmost importance to please shave before coming in for any treatment!!

· No Waxing, Epilation or Threading etc. at all for the entire duration of your laser treatments!!

· Do not make use of depilatory creams 4 days prior to treatment

Post care:

· If skin has slight redness you may apply a cold compress.

· Apply sunscreen to treated area if exposed to direct sunlight within the 1stweek.

· If treating the facial area avoid facials for 48 hours.

· Soothing aloe gel or cream can be applied to the treated area.

· If underarms are treated, use roll on deodorant instead of spray for the 1st 24 hours.

Cancellation policy:

· Your appointment is very important to us and we take great care to schedule exactly the right amount of time for you with our therapists and medical grade laser machines. Therefore, please be advised that when making a purchase and securing an appointment, 24hours notice is required for cancelling / rescheduling as the slot was tailor-made for you.

· Failure to give 24hours notice will result in us having to redeem the session you have booked if it was part of a package, or charging a 75% cancellation fee.
