We are looking for a Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide assistance to individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals in their home or community setting, assisting with daily activities, developing individualized plans, and advocating for the rights of the individuals they serve. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals with disabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and other activities.
• Ensure that all services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
