On applying for the Woodstock Christmas Baazar, you realize that does not mean you are instantly a vendor. You will be contacted directly with your confirmation and additional information
the Sale Organizer (Laura Yuzark), Woodstock Christmas Baazar or the Woodstock Fairgrounds are not liable for any injury or accident to you or your helpers that may occur at the baazar, during the sale or during set up and take down.
We recommend you have your own insurance to cover and damages or losses that may occur during the bazaar.
There may be more than one vendor in your category for instance there could be but not limited to multiple sewers, 3d printers, crochet,
You will not be able to sell anything illegal, tobacco, marijuana, or alcohol at your booth. You will be asked to pack up and leave.
Table spaces are $45 each and come set with an 8' table and 2 chairs. Making your space approx 10'x6'. Additional table spaces can be added for an additional $20 each. Tables and chairs as well as needed.
Tables are not held until payment has been received.
You are able to cancel your booking anytime prior to and including Dec 02, 2023. for a full refund minus any payment service fees. After Dec 02 there will be no refund issued.
Table covers are mandatory. if you do not have one contact us and we can provide for an additional fee.
Please remain at the sale until the ending time of 4pm. This is out of respect for the show organizer and the customers expecting to see full tables until 4pm.
Most important all sales made at your table are 100% yours. We do not collect any additional fee's from your sales.
