Volunteers should align with and support the mission and values of White House Prayer for Our Nation.

Uphold the principles of compassion, kindness, and respect.

Professionalism:

Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions and activities.

Dress appropriately for the tasks assigned.

Confidentiality:

Respect and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information obtained during volunteer activities.

Reliability and Punctuality:

Be reliable and punctual for scheduled volunteer commitments.

Notify the appropriate person in advance if unable to fulfill a commitment.

Respect for Others:

Treat all individuals, including other volunteers, staff, and beneficiaries, with respect and dignity.  Avoid discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, or any other factor.

Communication:

Communicate effectively and transparently with fellow volunteers, staff, and beneficiaries.

Report any concerns or issues promptly to the designated contact person.

Use of Resources:

Use organizational resources responsibly and efficiently.

Avoid wasteful practices and report any misuse.

Compliance with Policies and Procedures:

Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.

Attend any required training sessions.

Conflict Resolution:

Approach conflicts with a constructive and positive attitude.

Seek guidance from appropriate channels for conflict resolution.

Community Engagement:

Encourage a sense of community and belonging among volunteers and beneficiaries.

Participate in community-building activities organized by the church/NPO.
