By fostering a dog(s) or puppy(s), I release JustCare Animal Rescue & Sanctuary from any responsibility for damage, injury, or harm caused. JustCare Animal Rescue & Sanctuary, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse any applicant for any reason.

In the event that you are unable to foster the dog(s) or puppy(s), he/she should be returned to JustCare Animal Rescue and Sanctuary.

By fostering an animal from JustCare Animal Rescue & Sanctuary, I waive the right to sue or make any claims against the organization, its directors, officers, agents, employees, and/or volunteers for any injury or damage caused by the animal(s).

I will provide the animal with proper and adequate food, water, shelter, training, and affection. I will provide medical care, if needed, and as approved by the veterinarian. JustCare Animal Rescue & Sanctuary does not guarantee an animal's temperament, or behavior.

JustCare Animal Rescue & Sanctuary, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse any applicant for any reason.
