We are currently hiring for Direct Support Professionals (DCW/Caregivers). We start at $14.28 (updated June 2024) and go up based on certificates you have (NOT REQUIRED). We do not hire for 1st shift. We have them available on occasion. We do give raises, offer paid training (we even give you the certificates when your file is complete at 90 days). Some requirements are needed by start date (TB, Fingerprinting, Physical) and some are required within 30 days so stay employed. We also have paid sick time, promotions and GREAT benefits.
