Please ensure all goods are in perfect condition with all original packaging unopened
Do not write or attach any label on the box itself
Please arrange postage for smaller items & a courier for larger items ie. ceramics or shower doors. We do recommend using a pallet service for fragile heavy items to avoid any damage during transportation. We suggest taking a phtoo of the return leaving your premises, along with inurance taken.
Returns are done so by your own expense, we do not offer this service. Please enclose your name, address & order number.
Once we receive the item back and it is checked, we shall authorise a refund to you within 7 working days.
