Monthly memberships can be cancelled or frozen by filling out the form below. Keep in mind, memberships can only be frozen for two months total during a calendar year. These months do not have to be consecutive.

Please note: FREEZE months are intended for a member to "pause" their membership with the intentions of renturning to the gym. A freeze month does not waive the 30 day cancellation policy. If a member decides to cancel after their freeze month, they will be charged one final invoice.
