Attention: Waiver and Release

Please read and accept the following waiver form before entering the Wild Heart Sanctuary.

By accepting this waiver, I agree not to sue, claim against, or prosecute Wild Heart Sanctuary (WHS) Programs, its officers, board members, affiliated organizations, agents, employees, and/or its volunteers for any injury or death caused by or resulting from my participation in equine activities and experiences, regardless of whether or not such injury or death was caused by their negligence or from any other cause.

I have read this agreement carefully and understand its contents. By entering this release of liability and indemnity agreement, I am aware that I am releasing certain legal rights that I otherwise may have, and I do so of my own free will. This agreement will cover all visits to Wild Heart Sanctuary.

Please note that photos may be taken during events, and they may be published on the Wild Heart Sanctuary website and social media. If you want to avoid being included in any photographs, alert the event hosts prior to the beginning of the event.

If you send us photos you took at Wild Heart Sanctuary, you authorize Wild Heart Sanctuary to use your photos for publication, our website, NFTs, newsletters, social media, the internet, magazines, journals, books, articles, etc., provided that it is done for lawful purpose.

I hereby acknowledge that I have carefully read this "Waiver and Release" and fully understand that it is a release of liability. This waiver and release of liability shall remain in effect for the duration of my participation in the activity, during this initial and all subsequent events of participation.

This is a release of liability. Do not accept the release if you do not understand and/or agree with its terms.

Acknowledgment

If you are visiting the Wild Heart Sanctuary, you agree to the terms of this waiver form and release Wild Heart Sanctuary from any form of liability.
