Terms and Conditions for Private Sewing Class

1. Payment and Fees:

- A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due three days before class.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations:

- No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

3. Requirements and Expectations:

- All students should be 21 years of age or older

- Students should arrive 15 minutes prior to class.  Anyone shows up 20 minutes after class will not be accepted.

4. Safety and Liability:

- Safety guidelines will be provided during the class, and students are expected to follow them.

- Sew Unik Studio, LLC is not liable for any injuries or damages to personal property that may occur during the class.

5. Code of Conduct:

- Students are expected to treat fellow participants, instructors, and equipment with respect.

- Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in expulsion from the class.

6. Intellectual Property:

- All class materials, patterns, and instructions provided remain the intellectual property of Sew Unik Studio.

7. Privacy and Media Release:

- Sew Unik Studio may take photographs or videos during the class for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image.
