Please ensure you provide 2 weeks notice before your next payment is due. Note: when you change your membership, any unused class credits for your existing membership will expire.

Silver - $90 every 4 weeks, equivalent to 1 class/week (or 4 classes every 4 weeks)
Gold - $160 every 4 weeks, equivalent to 2 classes/week (or 8 classes every 4 weeks)
Platinum - $225 every 4 weeks, equivalent to 3 classes/week (or 12 classes every 4 weeks)
Diamond - $280 every 4 weeks, equivalent to 4 classes/week (or 16 classes every 4 weeks)
Ultimate - $325 every 4 weeks, unlimited classes

I understand and agree to the following dot points
I understand that:
two weeks notice is required to ensure the upgrade/downgrade is put in place in time
it may take up to two weeks to upgrade or downgrade your membership from the date that you have requested it, but we will do our best to action the upgrade/downgrade in accordance with what you have specified above
if payment is due from your existing membership before the two weeks and it is deducted before the upgrade/downgrade is put in place, there will not be any refunds
If a payment is due when your upgrade/downgrade takes effect, it will be deducted immediately from your nominated card or account (so please ensure you have sufficient funds)
If you are upgrading, the remaining balance from your current membership will be allocated to your new membership, which will reduce the first payment of your membership
you are responsible for cancelling any classes that have been booked and need to be cancelled as a result of a downgrade
you are responsible for advising your teacher if you are no longer attending their classes (this is in alignment with our value 'Commitment, courtesy, and respect'
