Do you have a preferred construction start or end date (not including design time)?

Construction costs pro tip: For a kitchen renovation/remodel in Seattle, think in the ballpark of $90-150k plus, for bathrooms plan for $60k plus. Additions may start at 200-300k, while whole home remodels or 2nd story additions typically begin around 400k-500k or more.
