We understand that circumstances may arise leading to the cancellation of your event. As we prioritize professionalism and commitment to our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Notice: For cancellations made at least 30 days before the event date, no cancellation fee will be charged.Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the event will incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total agreed-upon fee.Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total agreed-upon fee.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling the event to another date is subject to our availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your new event date based on our schedule.
- Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other uncontrollable incidents, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include rescheduling the event without penalty.
- Communication: All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to ensure clarity and documentation.
- Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
- Additional Services: Any additional services requested after the initial agreement may be subject to a separate cancellation policy or terms as mutually agreed upon.
