Pig Processing

Please fill out the cut sheet below for your pig to be processed. Please contact us with any questions.

**You must select at least 1 month minimum after you are putting your order in. For example, if it is July when you are placing your order, the soonest you could have your beef processed would be August.

**If choosing a ham for your pig, please note your pig will NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL JANUARY 2025. Please reach out to us directly with any questions before placing your order.

**Please choose cured/smoked or fresh hams. Then choose whether you want them left whole, cut in half or sliced.

** If you do not want pork chops, please leave the above questions blank.

**Only 4 flavors can be chosen per whole hog, 2 flavors per half hog.
