I, the undersigned, hereby grant Miss McFadden Learning Academy permission to take photographs and/or videos of my child, for decorative and promotional purposes. 

These images and/or videos may be used on Miss McFadden Learning Academy's official social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

I understand that the images and/or videos will only be used for promotional purposes related to Miss McFadden Learning Academy and its activities. I acknowledge that my child's full name will not be disclosed in conjunction with these images.

This consent is valid indefinitely unless revoked in writing. I have read and understood the terms of this consent.

I, the undersigned, hereby grant permission for my child to travel with Miss McFadden Learning Academy to upcoming events, field trips, or social gatherings. 

I understand that the travel will be supervised by the director or designated staff.

This consent is valid for the specified event(s) and may be revoked in writing. I have read and understood the terms of this consent.
