By signing this application, you agree to hold harmless Waterville Area Festival Organizationand Waterville Chamber of Commerce and its members of any loss, due to damage, theft,expense, judgement or liability of any nature; including but not limited to attorney’s fees arisingout of any claim made against Waterville Area Festival Organization and Waterville Chamber ofCommerce by any person or entity which claim arises out of or results from buyers’ purchase ofsellers’ products. Proof of all relevant licenses (business license, TPT, health departmentcertifications ADHS & ADA-when required) are required prior to entering the premises.
