FRAME SHOP LEAD

Arising Industries, Inc., an established and growing enclosed cargo trailer manufacturing company, is seeking to hire two (2) FRAME SHOP LEADS at its FITZGERALD, GEORGIA manufacturing facility. The FRAME SHOP LEAD has the following responsibilities:

Facilitate and oversee multiple portions of welding operations and raw steel trailer frame production to support the Company's production of enclosed cargo trailers;
Independently and effectively manage assigned employees of welding department;
Act as departmental Quality Control individual, and ensure top quality standards are adhered to;
Compile daily run sheets and production reports;
Keep track of departmental inventory levels and support material/product levels as needed;
Interact/coordinate with production and purchasing staff daily,
Meet and exceed production goals/quotas/labor efficiency rates set by Company and Production management; and
Support other production / administrative functions as required.

Pay Range: Starting at $25 - $27.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
