Class requests require at least 7-10 days' notice. Please note that class requests with less than 7 days notice may only be taken if we have availability. Last-minute group class requests may not be accommodated.
Completing this request form does not obligate you to purchase from us nor constitutes a scheduled class.
Please be aware that a 50% non-refundable retainer is required when booking to secure your date. Classes are NOT booked and added to our calendar until details are confirmed and payment is received.
Unless otherwise specified, the remaining balance will be due 72 hours before your class/event date.
Invoices will be sent to your provided email address.
